Cascadia Disaster Corps

The Cascadia Disaster Corps is a volunteer based disaster response organization that educates, trains and coordinates individuals around the Cascadia Bioregion to be ready in the event of an emergency. The Cascadia Disaster Corps is a program of the Department of Bioregion, a federally recognized 501(c)3 non-profit organization.



 

Rapid Response Team

Trained volunteers from around the bioregion who can respond to specific areas in times of emergency.

Neighborhood Groups

Perform community assessments, make neighborhood disaster kits and preparations.

Auxiliary Skill Teams

Train and network with volunteers based on specific skills such as coms, infrastructure and EMS when needed.

 

We work so that our volunteers are educated, trained and prepared to mitigate disasters both human and natural in defense of our communities, and inhabitants of the Cascadia Bioregion.
